Two directors run the company — one who set the strategy that took it into national highway work, and one who built the World Bank portfolio it grew from.
Managing Director
Shri Ch. Pavan Reddy
A lifetime entrepreneur with around 50 years of in-depth experience across mining, construction, infrastructure, roadways, real estate and agriculture. He has contributed to and participated in many national level meetings and teaching engagements in the sector. He has led SSR Crest since 2008, when the founding partners exited and he set the strategy that scaled the company into national highway work.
Director
Mr. Naveen
Twenty-five years of experience across multiple industry verticals — IT, security, construction, consultancy and roads. Joined the company in 2009 after returning from the USA, and established the World Bank–funded project portfolio in Mahbubnagar district, including OPRC P-9 and the later P24 and P25 packages. Active in Young BAI (Builders Association of India), advocating for contractors across Telangana.

SSR Crest’s work on state and national highway packages is regularly recognised at state level, including by the Builders Association of India.
Around 50 people, four states, one head office.
Around 50 people are employed directly, running owned plant across four states. Corridors are remote, programmes are long, and the same crews move from survey to hand-over — so people here see a highway from first cut to final marking.
